As a Miller Bros D2D Rep, you’ll be the face of the fiber brand in your territory—educating homeowners, overcoming objections, and helping people upgrade to faster, more reliable internet.This is not a corporate sales job stuck behind a desk. It’s fast-paced, field-based, and performance-driven—with the potential to earn significantly more than traditional jobs in retail or entry-level sales.

Crafting Your Path to Success
What You'll Do as a D2D Sales Representative

Territory Canvassing: Knock doors in a designated neighborhood or city zone, introduce yourself as a representative of the fiber provider, and explain the benefits of fiber internet.
Customer Engagement: Have confident conversations with homeowners, understand their current internet setup, and recommend a better, faster solution.
Order Processing: Submit completed sales through our partner CRMs or sales tools. You’ll be trained on how to use all platforms effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside team leads and fellow reps, attend regular training meetings, and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Professional Growth: Pursue leadership and mentoring roles as you gain experience. Our best reps become team leads, market managers, and regional trainers.

Sales experience is helpful but not required. Many of our top performers were new to D2D before they joined.

Day-to-Day Example
What Success Looks Like

11:00 AM – Meet with your team for a short strategy session
12:00 PM – Drive to your assigned neighborhood
1:00 PM – Start knocking doors and introducing the fiber service
3:00 PM – Help a homeowner understand the benefits of switching to fiber
3:30 PM – Close the sale and submit it via the provider’s app
6:00 PM – Knock a few more doors, log your results, and head home
7:00 PM – Celebrate a new install and commission earned
